Indie Grants

Check out recent shorts from the Indie Grants program, funding and producing short films by South Carolina filmmakers.  Filmmakers will be on hand for Q&A, as well as Indie Grants staff to talk about the grant application and production process.  Funding cycle is now open, with applications due June 19th.  Visit indiegrants.org for more info.

Indie Grants is a joint effort between the South Carolina Film Commission and Trident Technical College, teaming up South Carolina scripts and stories with top production professionals. This year, we will be having a -free- screening of five of these films– two of which are the final products of the works-in-progress that were screened last year, and one of which is the Indie Grits project of IG alum Josh Yates, whose short was a part of the 2016 Waterlines Art Project.
