Little Syria is a narrative short film that tells a story of a single mother. After a humiliating encounter with law enforcement, she struggles with the idea of gifting her daughter a hijab and the unforgiving world she will face as she grows up. This emotional film details the harsh and heartbreaking realities of the lives of American Muslims in the wake of 9/11.
