87 Dance Productions is a modern dance company comprised of twin sisters, Cara and Mackenzie Hagan. Best known for engaging, exuberant multimedia dance work, Two Downtown is no exception. This film follows the women as they embark on an unusual stroll through historical downtown Winston Salem, NC. Beginning as just a pleasant walk down the street, the women quickly begin to play, turn, jump, climb and transform the city into a place for dancing. Skillful, catchy percussion played by Ron Hagan enhances the pilgrimage these women take from a sidewalk bench, to a passing freight train, to the top of a building, and more!
