Indie Grits attendees (VIP pass holders, filmakers, festival passholders, will call ticket holders, and last minute ticket buyers) this is for you!

To avoid some confusion and help get screenings started on time we have a few pieces of information for you to know.

First thing: Your badge IS NOT a ticket into the screenings. No matter if you have a VIP, festival, or Filmmaker badge, you will still need to come to the box office and get a physical ticket to each screening. You will not be allowed inside of the theater without presenting a physical ticket.  

We will open the Box Office 30 minutes prior each screening. When the box office opens the ONLY admittance to the screenings will be 1)filmmakers who will be screening their work in that specific program, 2)VIP passholders, and 3)Will Call online ticket purchasers. So if you have a will call ticket, are a filmmaker showing your own work, or are a vip passholder PLEASE show up to the box office 30 minutes prior to screenings so we can get you a physical ticket to the screening and a seat.

FESTIVAL PASSHOLDERS

Show up 30 minutes prior as well. Once we have let VIP, Filmmaker, and Will Call ticket holders in, you will then be allowed to come in, get your ticket, and take a seat. You have until 15 minutes before the screening to come and get a ticket, before you will have to wait in line in with Last Minute Ticket buyers on a first come, first serve basis. It is important that you come to the screenings as soon as possible to avoid being left out of a screening.

LAST MINUTE TICKET LINE

If you could not get a festival pass or reserve a ticket online, we will have a line for you to wait in until 15 minutes prior to the screening to purchase a ticket. Those tickets will be on a first come first serve basis, we have 62 seats at the Fox theater and 75 at the Nickelodeon. Get there early or risk missing the screening.

All that being said, we are so excited that we are packing out screenings and hopefully we will be able to grow into a larger theater space that can fit tons more people. We are glad that we have so many supporters of the film festival and really excited to have you be a part. Thanks for being patient with us and see you at the screenings!
